Sarah Vallely

Sarah Vallely is an experienced educator and instructional specialist with a strong background in supporting students in grades 6 through 9. As a licensed Math and ELA teacher and former Math Specialist, She has spent several years designing differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs. In addition to classroom teaching, Sarah has served as an English as a Second Language Coordinator and State Assessment Testing Coordinator, using data-driven decision-making and program development.

Sarah is also the author of two books on teaching meditation and mindfulness to children, and worked as a private Executive Functioning Coach for middle school students, helping them strengthen organization, planning, and study skills. In her free time, Sarah enjoys outdoor sports including standup paddleboarding and skiing.
