EXTENDED CARE PROGRAM
FernLeaf offers a daily, fee-based Extended Care Program from dismissal to 6 p.m. for enrolled students to provide families with a safe environment for times when students cannot be picked up at the regular dismissal time. Extended care activities are inspired by our roots in outdoor and environmental education with opportunities for innovative and experiential learning.

FernLeaf does not currently offer Before School Care.
Extended Care Program Costs
Annual Registration: a non-refundable fee of $35 per child or $45 per family is required at the time of registration.
Extended Care Regular School Day: $15 per day
Extended Care Emergency Use (needing to sign up after enrollment closes in MyPaymentsPlus at 1pm on Friday of the week before service. If you need Emergency Extended Care please email HERE to get signed up): $22 per day
Late Pickup: <20 minutes after Car Rider Line Ends $10 per day. If >20 minutes after car rider line ends the fee is $22 per day.

Families should carefully review our Extended Care Program Policies form that include important information about registration, payment, pickup, snack, emergency use and late pickup fees.
Extended Care Scheduling
To schedule Extended Care days please access MyPaymentsPlus and select the desired dates. MyPaymentsPlus shows Extended Care program days at least two weeks in advance.
NOTE: The costs of extended care including staffing, snacks, resources, and activities are shared by the enrolled students. As a result, FernLeaf will not provide refunds for extended care days that are missed due to absence, loss of privileges, suspension, opt-out, or other circumstances that result in a student not participating.
