FernLeaf is centrally and conveniently located in Western North Carolina between Asheville and Hendersonville. We have two campuses: The Creek Campus & The Wilderness Campus.

FernLeaf offers a daily morning shuttle service departing the Creek Campus at 7:45am for families with students at both the Creek and Wilderness Campuses. Families may drop off all students at the Creek Campus to use the shuttle.
The Creek Campus has more than 1,200 feet of frontage on Cane Creek allowing our students incredible access to outdoor education opportunities.

The Creek Campus is neighbored by Bill Moore Community Park (AKA Fletcher Park), one of the premier public parks in Western North Carolina with more than 2.7 miles of paved trails, 4 ball fields, more creek frontage and plenty of open space!
The Creek Campus has more than 26 acres of beautiful open spaces with athletic fields, a disc golf course, outdoor classrooms, an adventure race course, school gardens, composting bins, an archery area, fishing access and MORE!
THE WILDERNESS CAMPUS
(OPENING FALL 2023)
The Wilderness Campus is just minutes from the Creek Campus and is nestled on top of a mountain on 93 wooded acres with AMAZING views overlooking the French Broad River Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
This campus has 93+ acres of mountainous, primarily wooded terrain including 50+ acres of preserved park land and miles of hiking trails. The outdoor education opportunities are endless!
BRAND NEW FACILITIES
The Wilderness Campus includes a two story facility for 5th grade through high school complete with visual and performing arts spaces, gymnasium, science lab, and SO much more. All providing students incredible opportunities to pursue their passions and aptitudes in a beautiful space.
