Elizabeth Pickett

A wildflower at heart who loves to explore, absorb the energy of nature, and find space to slow down and dream, Elizabeth has always been drawn to places where curiosity grows, nature teaches, and people are free to blossom into their truest selves.

After many years of traveling throughout the United States, inspired by music and the freedom of the open road, her journey led her to a small home nestled in the woods of North Carolina. There, she is taking root and nourishing a life grounded in love, wonder, and connection with her daughter, her life’s greatest joy.

Elizabeth has been working in education since 2018, supporting students in general education, special education, and homeschooling. She strives to meet each student with patience, compassion, and a deep desire to foster a genuine love of learning.

Grateful to be part of the FernLeaf community, Elizabeth has found a place where the values of nurturing the spirit through the outdoors, weaving mindfulness into the essence of being, and extending compassion and empathy to all beautifully reflect her own.
