FOOD & BUSES AT FERNLEAF
FernLeaf provides lunch options through the FernLeaf Food Truck and provides free transportation to and from school to convenient locations to the north and south of our campus to students each school day.
FernLeaf partners with Hickory Nut Gap Meats and Mountain Foods to provide local and regional meats and vegetables in our school lunches.

FernLeaf croit en une mentalité alimentaire saine et la favorise auprès de notre personnel et de nos étudiants. En plus d'alimenter leur corps avec des aliments nourrissants, FernLeaf pense également qu'il est important d'exposer les enfants à une variété d'offres alimentaires pour les aider à découvrir de nouveaux goûts, à élargir leur palais et à découvrir les aliments des cultures du monde entier. FernLeaf offre une variété d'options de déjeuner uniques et saines pour les étudiants et le personnel à un coût modeste.

Le déjeuner est à la carte, ce qui signifie que vous ne commandez et ne payez que les jours où vous le souhaitez pour votre enfant. Veuillez passer votre commande avant le vendredi à 13h00 AVANT la semaine pour laquelle vous commandez. Nous ne pouvons pas accepter les commandes tardives.

REMARQUE : Les repas scolaires peuvent être commandés jusqu'à 2 semaines avant la date du repas. La nourriture pour les déjeuners est commandée et payée à l'avance après la soumission d'une commande. Par conséquent, FernLeaf ne remboursera pas les déjeuners manqués en raison de conflits avec le travail sur le terrain, d'absences ou d'autres circonstances entraînant un déjeuner manqué.

COLLATIONS
Les étudiants de FernLeaf ont une journée mentalement et physiquement active. Nous demandons à tous les élèves d'emporter une collation saine chaque jour pour alimenter leur esprit et leur corps en pleine croissance. Nous avons une politique de PAS de sodas ou de bonbons.
TRANSPORTATION
FernLeaf offers bus service to help students and families who might otherwise not be able to access our unique programming. Free morning pickup and afternoon drop off is available in convenient locations throughout the Asheville and Hendersonville areas.
Seats are limited, so access to bus transportation is determined through a lottery, similar to the regular student enrollment process that happens in the July PRIOR to each school year.
Our bus rosters for the 23-24 school year are set but we are accepting applications for our waitlist. If you would like to apply for the FernLeaf bus please APPLY HERE. Also, please direct all questions to this email.

FernLeaf also offers a daily morning shuttle service departing the Creek Campus at 7:45am for families with students at both the Creek and Wilderness Campuses. Families may drop off all students at the Creek Campus between 7:30 and 7:40am to use the shuttle. The shuttle may not be used once it has left its loading area. There will be no shuttle service available in the afternoon except for students enrolled in Extended Care or after school activities.
Our buses are provided FREE of charge to our school population. We need your help to keep our buses rolling! FernLeaf buses save gas money, are convenient for families, and help make our unique programming available to more students. Since charter schools do not receive funding specifically for buses, can you help us to cover the $600 per student/year cost? Donate below!
