Luke Shofestall

Upper School STEM Instructor & Technology Coordinator

Luke began developing a passion for education all the way back in high school when he attended a vocational and technical school with a concentration in technology and computers. He later graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in secondary education. He then moved from Western Pennsylvania to Western North Carolina where he taught STEM subjects for the ACS high school career and technical education department.

His goal is to share his passion for technical and skill based education with the FernLeaf community and create more amazing opportunities for our students as we grow. Outside of school you can often find Luke with his son at a local brewery, playing board games, or in his kayak.
