Lindsey Guilliams

EC Assistant Teacher

Lindsey’s passion for assisting EC can be traced back to her love for engaging with others through dance and movement. She grew up in Weaverville, NC where she spent hours after school taking dance classes and going to marching band practice.

Before FernLeaf, Lindsey worked for an addiction treatment center as a Behavioral Health Technician and Movement Group Leader. She has also been a dance instructor on and off since high school and currently teaches at Dimensions Studio of Weaverville. These experiences have prepared her to be able to meet others where they’re at and take an individualistic approach to education while valuing dance and movement with both her past clients and current students.

Lindsey is a graduate of Appalachian State University where she majored in Gender, Women’s & Sexuality Studies with a double minor in Psychology and LGBTQ+ Studies. When she is not busy teaching, she can be found strolling her cat around her neighborhood.
