As a not-for-profit public charter school, FernLeaf is governed by a volunteer board of directors made up of educational thinkers, community leaders, and parents who are passionate about education and children. Board members are committed to the success of all aspects of the school and work to ensure we are meeting our mission.

Contacting the FernLeaf Board of Directors
FernLeaf's board is responsible for the legal and financial well-being of the school. Board members are not involved in the day-to-day operations of the school and generally should not be contacted by FernLeaf staff or families. In the event that there is a concern related to a potential criminal act or breach in the Employee Code of Ethics by the School Director, a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors may be contacted by clicking here. All other questions or concerns should be directed to the School Director or appropriate school staff.
